2. Custom Orders
- Custom-made artworks are created based on your specific requirements.
- Once the artwork is approved or completed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
- A preview image will be shared before final delivery for your approval.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if approved) will only be processed in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during shipping
- Wrong item delivered
- Major defect not disclosed before purchase
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
6. Shipping Costs
